Complete Integrated Agency Software LLC ("CIA Software", "we", "us") provides Tradecraft, an agency management platform for insurance agencies. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, ciasoftware.com.
When you request a briefing or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, agency name, agency size, and current software. We also collect standard analytics (aggregate page views and performance metrics) through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to improve the site. We use your contact details solely to respond to your request, schedule a briefing, and follow up about Tradecraft. We do not sell your information. Data your agency stores inside the Tradecraft application is governed by your agency's separate service agreement, not this website policy. We treat that data as confidential, encrypt it at rest, and restrict access to authorized personnel.
